Andrea Blasich is a great guy. He’s talented, smart, and quite a character. But when he starts working in his studio, things get quiet, as the room is overtaken by a very strong yet peaceful vibe. His full attention goes into what he is making. When I first watched him work, I was blown away. It reminded me of my childhood when I spent time in my grandmother’s atelier. I must have forgotten about this for quite awhile, but when I visited Andrea, it all came back. There is real magic to see people make things with their hands. I find it very satisfying and inspiring. Hope you enjoy watching Andrea at work, too! I plan on doing more of these artist visits in the future. Please check back occasionally.
